Description
| SDPB examines the beginning of football in South Dakota and how it evolved over the years. From different pads and helmets, playbooks and the introduction of the forward pass- we will talk with coaches and historians who will share their stories and experiences. The documentary examines 8-man and 6-man teams. It also reviews some of the most dominant teams (Washington Warriors, Yankton Bucks, O’Gorman) and coaches (Bob Burns, Howard Wood), and the struggle to create a state playoff system. |
